Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, the 5-hour mandatory course is only being offered via live-streaming. If you are already registered, you will receive a separate email with the live-streaming information on Friday, March 20th. This live-stream 5-hour mandatory CME course HAS BEEN APPROVED to count towards your live mandatory credits for relicensure as long as you renew by March 31, 2020. To attend this course via the Live-Stream webinar, you must have a computer or mobile device with internet access from 8am-1pm.
You will receive a CME Reporting form via email and you will submit it to the FOMA electronically. We will report your hours to the AOA and CE Broker for you by March 24th.
