FOMA is premiering a mentor/mentee matching program as a new membership benefit. The platform we are using is called Mentor City, and it's free for our members! To sign up, please click on the following link:
Mentor City connects participating physicians and students with meaningful mentoring relationships. The premise is that throughout someone’s life and career, there are times when they can benefit from the advice, guidance, and support of a mentor. There are also times when experts can share their expertise and experiences to guide mentees in the right direction. Mentoring may take the form of sharing how to open a business, tips on a successful residency or relocation, or guidance within a specialty practice.
