RULE TITLE: Immunization Requirements: Public and Nonpublic Schools, Grades Preschool, Kindergarten Through 12, and Adult Education Classes
We encourage our members to submit public comments as individual physicians on the benefits of these vaccinations. We also encourage members to ask family members and patients to comment as members of the public on the benefits of these vaccinations.

Professional Bio
Dr. Gruskin received his medical education at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine located on the Campus of the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury Long Island. He completed a rotating internship at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Flushing, New York. He received his specialty training in the department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. While there, he served as chief resident and visiting fellow in Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Gruskin is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has practiced in South Florida since 1985. He has focused his expertise on the medical management and conservative care of chronic pain. He has focused on four office based interventional procedures of trigger point therapy, joint injections, botox chemodenervation and prolotherapy.
