Professional Bio

Accumulating more than 30 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Pepe has spent the last decade as a locum tenens physician working globally for various medical clinics and facilities, including the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, the Fort Pierce Florida County Jail, the Northern Navajo Medical Center in New Mexico, the Take Care Asia Urgent Care Clinic on Guam, was the CMO for the Baghdad Embassy High Threat Protection medical clinic and the CMO for the Kabul Embassy Security Force medical clinic. An expert in family medicine and urgent care, Dr. Pepe formerly served as the president of The Centre for Family Medicine and Wellness in Indialantic, Florida, between 2001 and 2011, as a physician for the Ireland Family Practice in Satellite Beach, Florida, from 1997 to 2001, and as the owner and physician of De Leon Springs Family Health Clinic in De Leon Springs, Florida, between 1989 and 1997.

Civically, Dr. Pepe is active as a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the 1st Cavalry Division Association Previously, Dr. Pepe served as a troop leader for the Girl Scouts of America in Miami, Florida, was a member of the De Leon Springs Florida Lions Club, volunteered her time by participating in relief efforts after Hurricane Andrew (1992) and Hurricanes Rita and Katrina (2005), and, most honorably, followed in her father's, uncles', and grandfather's footsteps by serving in the military. Dr. Pepe notably served her country in the U.S. Army as a Reserve Officer from 1984-1986 and in active duty between 1986-1990 after completing medical school, serving to the rank of captain, becoming a flight surgeon, and garnering expertise in medevac operations and as a helicopter pilot. She is an instrument-rated private pilot, NITROX-rated Advanced Open Water scuba diver, and co-owner of a SWAT school in Cedar Hill Texas.
