I lead through providing responsive insights, building trust, and sharing knowledge from my experience related to medicine, business, and aviation medicine. I provide direction in the ethical adherence to principles involving medical practice, business needs, and regulations. I develop and support policies and programs through collaboration with peers from multiple disciplines to address prescribing patterns involving drugs of abuse and wasteful medical treatment, focusing my expertise on the prevention of at-risk medical practices. As medical director, I bring compassion, teaching experience, and a strong practice background in executing my work. I enjoy working at a national scope with the opportunity to influence many lives.
