I am a AOBFP certified Federal Government family physician most recently employed by the Dept of Health and Human Services and VA Medical Center Sarasota CBOC where I became so affected by CoVid episodes x 4 since 2019 with resultantant Long Haul Syndrome. This included a debilitating blood clot in my leg, dyspnea and severe brain fog. I have not been able to return to work in the past year but thanks to recent Eliquis, I am doing much better and feel that I now can renew my Floridas license and work at least part time. I had 4 CoVid infections that resulted in permanent conditions that I did not have prior to Sars-CoV2
