Professional Bio
Dr. Rajguru serves as a Trustee and Executive Committee member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA), a Florida Delegate to the AOA House of Delegates, and a member of the FOMA Medical Education Committee. He also serves on several American Osteopathic Association committees and is Vice Chair of the AOA Jurisdiction Committee. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Neurologists and Psychiatrists in 2015. In 2024, he was named Hillsborough County Osteopathic Medical Society Physician of the Year and received the 2025 FOMA Physician of the Year award.
Since 2016, Dr. Rajguru has served on the AOA Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists, including the Standards Review Committee. He is a former Director of Neurology at Bartow Regional Medical Center, where he helped develop acute stroke care protocols, and a former Regional Dean and Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology at LECOM Bradenton. He also served as a consultant to the NBA Gatorade League’s Lakeland Magic.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Rajguru enjoys art and sports. An avid artist, he draws athletes and portraits and once received a college art scholarship. He and his wife, Hetal, have two daughters, Sujaya and Ishali, graduates of the University of Florida and the University of South Florida.
