FOMA Student Leaders Strengthen Connections and Serve Their Community
The NSU KPCOM–TBR’s FOMA Student District Society was proud to represent FOMA at NSU KPCOM–TBR’s Club Fair on Thursday, August 13!
FOMA Student District Society President Amber Morgan, Secretary Sydney Chin, Treasurer Brooke Silverstein, and Community Service Chair Genevieve Opris were on hand to connect with fellow students and share more about FOMA and the opportunities available to osteopathic medical students.
We’re proud of our student leaders for representing FOMA and helping build connections with the next generation of osteopathic physicians!

Additionally, on Saturday, August 15, NSU KPCOM - TBR FOMA Student District Society and the Student Osteopathic Internal Medicine Association (SOIMA) volunteered at the Tampa Family Health Centers Back to School Bash Health Fair.
As part of the event, students provided blood pressure screenings under the supervision of Dr. Kelsey Reindel, helping support the health and well-being of families in the community.
The Back to School Bash Health Fair brought together healthcare professionals and students to provide valuable health resources and services to families as they prepare for the upcoming school year. Opportunities like this allow FOMA student members to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful difference in the communities they serve.
We love seeing our student members helping out in the community!
