AOA Corporate Advisory Circle Advocacy Fly-In

During the week of September 14, osteopathic physician leaders from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C., for the American Osteopathic Association’s (AOA) Corporate Advisory Circle Advocacy Fly-In and Bureau of Federal Health Programs Committee meetings. Participants met with members of Congress to discuss key health policy issues and advocate for priorities important to the osteopathic medical profession and the patients physicians serve.

The event also provided an opportunity for osteopathic physician leaders to connect with one another and share perspectives on issues affecting physicians and their patients. Through these meetings, participants helped bring the experiences and priorities of the osteopathic medical community directly to policymakers in Washington, D.C.
