From February 6–8, FOMA hosted its 2026 Annual Live Convention in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, bringing together more than 300 osteopathic physicians and students from across the state for a dynamic weekend of education, connection, and celebration.
The convention featured a robust lineup of speakers covering timely and relevant topics, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, dermatology updates, Florida laws and rules, and other key issues impacting today’s osteopathic physicians. Attendees earned valuable continuing medical education while engaging in meaningful discussions with colleagues and industry partners.
A highlight of the weekend was the formal installation of the 2026–2027 FOMA President and Executive Committee, marking the beginning of a new leadership year dedicated to advancing and supporting the osteopathic profession in Florida.
